Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery within the United States. All items are inspected for quality before being shipped to you. While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method, there are circumstances beyond our control that do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. You can be assured that we do monitor shipping status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment.
If you purchase coffee from us, this may delay the shipment of your order for up to 3 business days. This delay would only occur if your beans have not been roasted within 48 hours prior to you placing your order. If our supply of coffee beans have been roasted more than 48 hours prior, we will wait until the next roasting date before shipping your coffee. This ensures you get the freshest coffee possible. Coffee beans are roasted twice weekly at Prescott Coffee Roasters in Prescott, Arizona.
In order to keep your shipping costs low and get your items to you quickly, we ship via US Postal Service and Fedex. You can choose your shipping option during checkout.
Shipping Rates:
Rates will be shown during checkout that are provided directly from the U.S. Postal Service & Federal Express. Shipping rates and options will be based on two factors:
- Total order weight (you will be shown the total weight during checkout)
- Your delivery zip code
In some cases, an item may be shipped to you from one of our suppliers or manufacturers. In this case, the item may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. If in fact a part of your order is to be shipped separately, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
During checkout you will have several shipping methods available to you:
US Postal Service (USP):
- Priority Mail - Delivery in 2 to 3 days to most areas in the lower 48.
- Express Mail - Guaranteed overnight delivery to most areas within the Continental U.S. One to two day delivery in other areas. NOTE: This option not available in all delivery areas.
- NOTE: Choose a USPS option if you are shipping to a PO Box
Federal Express (FDX):
- FedEx Home Delivery
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx Priority Overnight
- FedEx Express Saver
- FedEx Second Day

- FedEx Canadian International Priority
- FedEx Canadian International Economy
- FedEx Canadian Ground
Choose from available FedEx and US Postal Service options. We ship your order within 2 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times of each country's mail system. You will be responsible for any customs issues or fees that may arise.
If we are shipping your order to a PO Box, please choose a US Postal Service shipping option. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. If you choose FedEx shipping during checkout, we will ship your order via USPS and choose the service type as close to your original shipping choice as possible.
NOTE: If you ordered coffee, your shipment may be delayed up to 2 days while we roast your coffee. This is so that we can give you the freshest roast possible.
If Your Order is Shipped via FedEx:
When your order is shipped through FedEx, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order through the FedEx website at http://www.fedex.com
If Your Order is Shipped via US Postal Service:
When we ship your order via USPS, we will enter your email into the US Postal Service shipment request. You will then get an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number at the USPS website to track your order. NOTE: We find that the tracking system for USPS is a little behind actual shipment times. Your order may be delivered before you can get information on its transit.
We check each order for quality. We offer high quality mugs, presses and other coffee items. Our coffee is among the freshest and tastiest around. However, we can't always be perfect. If the product in question was delivered to you in unsatisfactory condition, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase in order to initiate an exchange or return.
If There Was a Shipping Error, or Your Product Arrived Damaged / Defective:
If you received the wrong item, or you received a damaged / defective product, we want to make it right. Simply give us a call toll free at 866-790-6166, or email us at sales (at) buzzmug.com.
We will ask you to send back the product you received. Once we receive your item in it's original packaging, we will:
- Send replacement item & give store credit for the return shipping, or
- If you decide to keep an item that was shipped in error, you will receive a 25% discount on your next order.
- Or we will provide a full refund on the purchase price plus shipping*.
* We will provide a refund provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and any other enclosures. We must receive your item in it's original packaging in new condition.
Store credits can be used at any time and on any item in the store. They will be available to you for six months from issue date.
If For Any Reason You Are Unsatisfied With Your Item, Or You Changed Your Mind:
We will provide store credit to you for your purchase (minus the shipping costs), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and any other enclosures. We must receive your item in it's original packaging in new condition. Please note that some items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Note that we cannot accept return of used cups and mugs.
We ask that you create an RMA request. A request can easily be made by logging into your account. You will see a list of your orders, and there will be an RMA link. Click that link to request your RMA number.
When your return is received, you will be issued an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. Please note that we will not credit shipping charges.
To request an RMA:
1) Log into your account. If you ordered online, you have an account where you can access past orders.
2) Click the "Review Previous Orders" link.
3) You can request an exchange of your product by clicking the "RMA" link at the right hand side.
4) Please ensure your contact information is accurate. Please provide us in detail the reason for your return request.
We will then contact you regarding your RMA and proceed from there on any return, refund, exchange or store credit.
You may also call us toll free at 866-790-6166 to request an exchange. Please have your complete order information ready.
We provide all of our customers account access. You can log into your account to change customer details, review previous orders, restore (or reorder) a previous order (great for coffee and tea customers), and to request an RMA.
Simply go to our order management page, and log in with details that you used when you made your initial order.

BuzzMug.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All credit cards must be issued from a US, Canadian, British or Australian bank.
The State of Arizona, which is where BuzzMug is headquartered, requires that Arizona Sales Tax be charged. Customers with a billing address located within Arizona will be assessed an 9.3% sales tax. Please follow your own state’s guidelines with regard to out of state purchases.
